Airport Meet & Assist by True Blue Italy is part of an Italian Airport Assistance Network currently serving 24 major airports in Italy. How do we do this? Coverage is achieved thanks to our collaboration with a number of agents, all of which are certified by the Italian Civil Aviation Authority to operate in national airports.

We understand how airports run; our representatives can help you navigate through check-in, security, and immigration quickly. They can assist with baggage handling, lost luggage and can even organize transport to and from the airport.

We know that you would prefer not to wait in long lines, you want to arrive at the right gate at the right time, and that when you arrive you want to get to the exit without getting lost.

Meet and Greet – You will be met by our local representative. This could be at the aircraft, passenger bridge, the arrivals hall or an agreed point within the airport. For arrivals where aircraft are parked on the apron, you will be escorted by private vehicle to the terminal.

Immigration – We will escort you through priority lanes to avoid the queues.

Porter Services – Your luggage will be collected from the baggage claim area and taken to your vehicle.

Onward transport – We will liaise with your driver with destination details etc.

Our services are not just for guests arriving and departing from the airport, but also for those transiting between flights. All our arrival and departure services such as clearance through security and immigration, flight monitoring and general airport assistance are also available.
